  1. What are photo books?

    Our Photo Books are high-quality, customized, hard-bound books of your favorite photos that you design on your desktop computer at your own pace. Our free software makes creating keepsakes easy and affordable since you are the designer. You can quickly select from our pre-designed templates or take time to design your layout from scratch. They make great gifts for birthdays, weddings, or any other occasion, they also make great coffee-table books for your home.

  2. How long will it take to receive our photo books?

    Photo books are usually printed, hard-bound, and ready to ship within 3 business days. Ground shipping from our facility in San Diego, CA can take up to a week depending on your location.

  3. What resolution or what size should my photos be?

    We recommend keeping your photos the original size they were taken at. The larger the better. Photos that cover a full page or a calendar would need to be as large as possible for best results, 3600x2400 pixels would be ideal. 1800x1200 pixels will work fine for smaller photos.

  4. What is your return policy?

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. All books are printed on our calibrated Kodak NexPress digital production press and carefully hard-bound by hand. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, or if any item proves to be defective under normal use, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

    -Aside from shipping damage or production defects, merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Shipping charges on your original order are not refundable

    -Please note that we do not pay for return postage to return merchandise to us. Additionally, the original order's postage will not be refunded.
